We stayed at the adjoining Preimer Inn and had booked for a party of 9 nine for breakfast on Sunday 17/5/26. On arrival for breakfast we were told that no table had been reserved but the young lady went and asked her manager to see what she could do to help, the manager arrived and in very abrupte manner said you’ll just have to sit where we put you, which we did I then went up to order 5 hot chocolates and again for some reason the girl had to go and ask her manager if that was ok, the manager came over and said to the girl to make them and whilst putting the cash register on gave me an incredibly dirty look, I again ignored this as I didn’t want to cause a situation, when the manager rung up my bill for the hot chocolates and indicated for me to pay I went and paid there was no thank you or enjoy comment which is the normal in these places, I noticed she was nice and polite to other customers and I was left feeling I was being treated in this manner because I’m Scottish because the manager was nice and friendly to all the other customers I saw her interacting with. As we left the restaurant the young girl at the booking in station wished us a nice to which we responded to, and i walked out the door the manger said in a very loud and sarcastic manner have a nice day, if premier inn and beefeater Wolverhampton North don’t want Scottish people to visit they should say, we were made to feel very uncomfortable and won’t use this particular branch again. Very poor service!!

Moseley Park Beefeater is a great spot for a relaxed, satisfying meal with friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers solid pub classics cooked well, with generous portions that feel good value for money. It’s a dependable choice whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, lunch, or a casual dinner.

Not a good experience, it took 1hr30 for food to come out, the order was wrong and had to be sent back, bacon and fried onions on the burger was well overcooked and burnt. Toilets are disgusting.

Whilst the food was enjoyable it was let down by the horrendously slow service, took over 20 minutes for our drinks, to which I had to go to the bar to ask for after ordering with the server. We were going to have the Sunday Roast to be told they stopped serving at 5pm (it was 4pm) then said they'd run out but there was no smell of roast dinners in the restaurant. Had steak in the end which was nice but again took longer than it should, then another wait for plates to be cleared and offered puddings. Wouldn't look at returning and the table behind us were making similar comments about the service
So I on occasion have to stay here and more recently a lot more than usual, there is a lovely young lady with curly hairvvery helpfuland cheerful, not sure of her name but was absolutely lovely. BUT then there was the older lady, short hair and not very tall,
(Neither am I lol) however, this lady Sarah, she came over to see if I ahd finished my meal before I have clearly not finished, a quick would have confirmed that glance would have confirmed i had not finished.. she then came back 5 minutes later stating ill get your bill..... I still had not finished. She made me feel rushed, unwelcome, and less than the people I was sitting next to becktive they were there before me, she had not approached them but made me feel like my dinner was finished wether I wanted it to be ir not. The other girl was lovely
